Trading problems :(

Hey everyone, it seems a few people are having trouble with trading lately, and I am now as well, or so it seems at this point.

I don't want to mention any names just yet (He knows who he is), and I also know he is a very busy person, but I've been waiting around 6 weeks for the cards i'm supposed to recieve and emailed the member 2 weeks ago with no reply, and emailed just a few minutes ago as well.

He is a respected member, hence why I won't post his name yet, but if this goes on much longer I will have no choice.

I hope not to have to go any further and the member contacts me about this, but if there is no contact made within the next few days, then I have no choice but to take further action.

thank god it isn't me.
since i also seem to be very late with sending stuff out.
not real trading, but promises i made.
and i am so sorry about it, but before chistmas everything will be clear

It's fvzappa i'm having the trouble with.

I'm sure there's an explanation for this, but as of yet I have not gotten any replys to my emails, or my pm I sent him yesterday.

I'm making every effort I can to not ruin his reputation, and I believe alot of people here have traded with him before without a problem, but i'll only wait so long before I get upset about a situation like this.

I traded him a bunch of Ice Age miscuts (I think it was 17, I have the list in my email still), and I'm supposed to recieve an English Legends Moat, as well as 2 Unlimited sinkholes.
It has been over 6 weeks with no mail, and no contact from him, so this is why it worries me.

I know he's a busy guy and all, but this is absurd.

I have Trade/Buy from Keith for a bunch of $$$$,I never have any problems except that he's a busy guy and that patience is a clue with him
(Some Members are way slower ;D )
Since,it's a very small trade,I really do not believe that he will ripp you off,but I can understand your frustation not to have received anything yet.

So, as it stands, fvzappa has ripped me off.
To this day I have not recieved anything from him. No communication, no cards, nothing.
I don't care how busy somebody is, this is absolutely absurd.
fvzappa, if your reading this, I want my cards. You still owe me 2 UNL Sinkholes and an English Legends Moat.

He told me to give him my address, so I did. Now i'll see if I actually recieve this time

hi mighty morphling, if this "zappa" is the same that there is on ebay (keith_fvzappa), he or she ripped me off for 4 masticore (paid via paypal and never received them..) some month ago...
if he or shes is the same, please kill him for me.

Sorry guys, I'm not around very often.

Yes, keith_fvzappa is his Ebay handle, and he's even tried to change his myspace name a few times to get away from me.
So, does anybody around here live near him? He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I have his exact address if anybody lives near him, that can help us out
