UK Introductory Two Player Game Sealed Box

What would the value/availability be for a sealed box of 6 decks of UK Introductory Two-Player Game?

$60 for one deck seems kind of high, although I haven't seen too many of them. I haven't seen any other sealed boxes of these decks, so I'm really curious about it.

Seeing as the WOC# of this sealed box (WOC 29903) follows one after the WOC# of an individual deck (WOC 29902), I would guess that these aren't the Dutch Rules version.

"USA/ENG" under the barcode is also a pretty good indication that these aren't dutch
