In July 1999 Hobby Japan started to publish a Japanese trading card magazine called Game Gather on a monthly schedule. Issue #1, the first regular issue after the debut issue, contained two sheets of card-like stickers with artwork by Junko Taguchi and Tetsuya Nakamura. The stickers are supposed to be glued on Magic cards and to be used to track life points, a full set counting up to 20 points. One sheet additionally included a special sticker which was supposed to be used as a label to personalize deck boxes.
