How uncommon is this?

Hi there everyone,
Can anyone tell me how rare cards of this nature are:

Is it that common to find miscut cards in modern booster packs that are miscut to this degree, or does quality control root them out?

It's pretty darn rare nowadays, but it still happens. It was far more common to see cards like this in revised, which is where this misprint is from.
This is a pretty silly question, but a clever way to promote your sale.
