When is a card considered Misprinted?

Hi there!

Is there any guide to see if a card is really considered misprinted?

For instance, would a Dark Ritual with a sleightly lighter bar just at the left of the right borderline be considered a misprint, or just a normal card?

I mean, how much does a card need to be misprinted to be considered as?

Speaking of which, I have a stupid Nemesis Uncommon with a slightly lighter than normal artifact border.  I set it aside... but it is so minor... no one is impressed Sad
