Inquiries about French misprint (Urza's glasses)

I spoke to a Magic player via a French forum who claims he has this card among his collection.
Does anyone of you know about this misprint (0 CC) & knows its value?

Hi Jess
This is a well-known misprint, quite common. And quite cheap ... I value it at 0.50 dollar max.

This gives me an idea: make a deck out of misprints, where the misprints are better than the standard version (like this card).

No, they have to be misprints that are BETTER than the correct version.

EVERY misprint is better than the original!
Some of those invatational cards I have are way better, Winter Orb costs 1 for instance.
I've been unofficially working on a 250/ 5color deck that is all misprints. I'll lose every game, but I don't care. So far, I have several useful cards, but it is hard to build a theme. I also need to decide if alt. 4th & summer count... anyhow, my freinds here are rooting me on.

hmmm. that sounds like a neat idea!
i think that that deck should either include non-english misprints or summer / alt. 4th. but not both.
anyway, even if it did include both, it still sounds like a fun idea! good luck

I love this idea.
I'm sure there's a way we could sneak in a few (say, 20?) German skele-swamps. Well, there's no limitation for basic lands, is there?

I agree with dry here. that card wins you the game, when it's in your opponents deck.
