Quick question about fillers

I have before me a 1/2 and 1/2 filler, and an offer for another. However, I cannot tell if they are duplicates or not. I think I have the one on the right side of the 4th row, and the one offered is the only one in the 5th row, but I am not sure. The one in the 5th row looks a lot more foiled than mine, but the one I have (and suspect is in the 4th row) has small specks of foil in both the black and white part (though it is very minor, and hard to discern.)
Any ideas on how to tell them apart?

Wait, are you saying that your filler is foil, but with white printed overtop of the foil?

I'm saying that it looks (at first glance) it looks simply like white and black, not foiled at all. With a second look, there is a small amount of foil 'flecks' in both the black and white parts of the card. It isn't noticeably foiled, like the one on the bottom row, or that new one from unhinged, but its there.

Celebrindor: I am very familiar with this problem, and I needed to see both versions of this card in real life to gain confidence how to distinguish them. The non-foil version of this card is slightly reflective (both on the black and the white half), but nonetheless I call it the non-foil version. This makes sense immediately when you see the foil version which features a fully foiled white half (like on old-school foil cards) and a non-reflective black half.

That's what I thought. If you ask yourself if you're in front of a foil or not, it's certainly because you're in front of a non-foil.
There is absolutely no possible doubt when you see a Foil filler.
