While $5K to $20K is obviously ridiculous, I think the seller's point is that this prerelease card is missing date.
Since normal prerelease Laquatus Champions do bear a date (correct me if I'm wrong) this card is in actual fact not very common.
That said, I would be surprised to see it topping $50

We'll see what he does.
BTW, it's over $100 - but hasn't met his reserve price yet.
