Yep, they're rare. Just like Korean/Chinese Visions, if i'm not mistaken.
Also, there are some decent T1 cards that dont have foil versions (i.e, Spirit of the Night and Mystical Tutor), so, in order for those wackos to 'pimp' their decks, they pay $15 for a Mystical Tutor in Japanese BB. great, no? But, when you ask for japanese mirage legends, noone has them... go figure...

Welp, a box of Japanese Mirage just sold on Ebay for $165 or so. I already opened one or two, so wasn't that hard up for another one (my bidding stopped at $125), but that price was higher than English tends to go, a rarity in the foreign box market..
