Misrepresentation of Summer Magic on Ebay?

I'm not sure if any members/guests have seen this auction, but it looks shady from all angles. The link is below, I hope it works.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=217&item= 5212198741&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Some brief background:

The reason I wanted to post this is because I remember the seller from another site (Cardshark). He claimed to have multiples of top tier Summer cards; Tutors, Specters & Badlands to name a few. Come to find out they were only Revised. I contacted Cardshark to alert them of this guy and they told me that his auction link and thread would be removed.

So here we are again and the same guy is trying to sell this batch of cards off as Summer Magic. I did contact him through Ebay to let him know that the cards pictured were not Summer Magic. He responded with the following,

"Those are only a couple of cards. I do have cards dated with the 1994 date and have been told they are summer magic cards, but thanks"

I asked for scans/pictures, but have received no response.

Anyway, for all those taking interest in these auctions please be careful.

If it stays at $0.01 then I'll think about it......but he only ships to US which I can't bid on.

Perhaps this seller lives in a closet somewhere, and what he is really offering, is alt-4th, since many people still continue to call Cincinatti as Summer.
