it's not the only veggie,
there was SUPPOSED to be a complete new creature type, the veggies.
Only they were for Unglued 2, unfortunately not for unihinged.

especially like this one:

I used the unhinged orb of insight, and it said there was no broccoli in Unhinged. No Veggies, Foglios, or flapdoodles either
There ARE Penguins, Goblins, and squirrels, and ron spencer art.
By the way - what's with MTGnews.com not actually having any MTG news? Is there anywhere that is compiling unhinged spoiler stuff?

Actually, the word 'Poole' comes up twice, so maybe that is art for a card not called 'broccoli'. Incidentally, there are 7 instances of the word 'pool'.

Penguins? sweet!
That is a good point, MTGnews is awefully far behind - they'd usually have most of a spoiler by now.

I am eating cookies right now as I write this. I hate vegetables, but I will play with my food from time to time. So, brocculi in cardboard form may taste better.

MTGNews stated that since Unhinged is such a different type of set from normal their normal avenues for set information don't work. I assume that they usually get some information from play-testers of some sort (or magazine authors, or ?), and there simply wasn't as much testing for Unhinged since it's not tourney-legal.

In other words the people who they know to leak the info are not the same ones involved with Unhinged. Thus, very little info is known about the set.

Perhaps some of the people who normally get them info are the people who run the prereleases, and since the prereleases are being run differently than usual (by small stores, instead of the bigger convention companies), there are different people.

I no this is not the fact as I personally know some of the people who are the pre-release organizers and I can state for sure this is not where the info comes from. If I had to guess, either a different R&D group was used or different testers, as I am sure the "normal" testers are busy wrapping up Kamigawa testing, and porbably 9Ed, and starting to look at what is next.

WELLL....since they don't have Ass Whuppin or City of Ass in their spoiler, I'm going with Lazy/Unineterested as the reason they're not posting a better spoiler.

I'm starting to translate some of the Unhinged cards for a French website (just for fun, let's say) & I didn't understand this one. Can anyone explain me the joke, please (I don't understand what veggie it refers to, in fact)?
Thanks, folks ^^

"Tater" is a nickname for a potato. Doesn't really seem to have anything to do with Nekataal other than being able to switch "tator" for "taal," though.
