Check this out...

Scroll down a bit and you'll see a couple scans from some as-yet-undiscovered independent card set.

These cards are virtual cards made by the creator of Dante's Card Maker to show the capabilities of his software. Gauntlet was a whole set he did just for fun, with images taken from the internet. All cards feature a morning star as set symbol.

Hello.
These cards are not real, only the graphic computer. These was created whit a shareware program called CCG Maker. You can find in this page:
http://ccgmaker.com/
Whit this program you can created cards from any game and use your printer for obtain the cards.
If you want to the cards are equal to real Magic cards, you must download the "magic.dat " file from this page:
http://www.freewebs.com/mtgscans/new.html
and import the file in the file menu.
Whit CCGmaker you can create any cards you like.
Greetings from Spain.

Just for clarification: The CCG Maker is the latest version of Dante's Card Maker. At first, this program was freeware, but its programmer wanted to switch to a commercial product and thereby renamed it to CCG Maker. No longer being a nonprofit product, it was stripped of any Magic-specific contents to circumvent copyright infringement. Nonetheless, as Abdul_Alhazred already pointed out, the Magic templates and symbols can easily be incorporated.
