I've been monitoring eBay for this card for ages and have never once seen one offered. None of the online shops I know about have any either.

I have been searching for months and have yet to see one. I have alot of contacts in stores in the Northeastern US and not one premiere store owner knows of it's existence.
I have a strong suspicion that the cards is a well-done photoshop fake.

The card is real. I have been sent a scan of this card by somebody who has supported the site before and whom I trust. Several weeks later, somebody else, a level 1 judge from Bangkok, has contacted me and told me where he saw this card being released. I agree the method of distribution is quite odd, and we probably do not know half of the background yet. Maybe somebody is eager to investigate?

I won one on an eBay auction. It looks exactly like the scan on this site. The auction listing merely stated it was one of the normal box topper cards. I recognized it as a promo version based on the 10th anniversary logo as depicted in the scan on this site.

The guy was from Australia and I don't think he knew what he really had, although I never quizzed him about it. You might be able to get more info directly from the seller.
I've already given Dragsamou first crack at a trade. He supposedly has some French Portal Angels I've been looking for
