I really like the Pincher art, as well. Too impatient to wait for MPR to release it, I decided to try to mock it up with a photo editor so I could see what it might look like...

The Pincher Token is not an artifact creature but a colorless creature. Not sure how they'll translate that to the finished card though.

Yeah, I noticed it wasn't designated an artifact creature. I just wanted to get a feel for how the art would look on a card, so I used the Myr token background. I assume it will just say "Creature - Pincher" but it's probably not even safe to assume it will will have the artifact color background.
Who knows? Maybe there won't even be a background. I still think it'll be a neat card, though.
