although Ralph has the foil DCI Counterspell listed being released on 12/28/00, there was one that went up for sale on eBay that closed at $255. A foil DCI Disenchant was also listed but pulled down before auction end. I don't want to make the seller public, as they are a member here. The Disenchants were officially released for the July 2003 FNM card. Do the math....about 2 1/2 years. I would not use that as a measuring tool. All that is publically known is that the cards do exist and nothing formal has been stated why they were not released for the month printed at the bottom of them.
