Kamigawa Meloku - the tokens are 2/2 instead of 1/1 Genju of the Cedars (Genju de los cedros) - the expansion symbol is about 0.5 cm left of where it should be. The foil version has both the shifted symbol and sort of a shadow of the symbol where it should have been printed.
Ravnica Sundering Vitae (Vitalidad quebradora) - some of the cards have the expansion symbol and the copyright line whitened... so you can't tell if it's common or uncommon. It's probably the cards from the prerelease, as it was pretty easy to trade for a few a year ago but nowadays I find it quite rare. The whitening isn't the same in all the cards.
