Clarify? Dragsamou has been having a few conversations with the VP of Operations at Hobby Japan, and swung a deal with them in which he was able to obtain the Dragon in exchange for some other personal items that Dragsamou was able to use as very high level trade fodder.
He says he won't take it out of its case yet, but hopefully he will take it out and make a high res scan. But I can understand why he won't be able to properly scan it.

Maybe if you ask nicely, he will offer you the same deal that I got. If I want to see the card, I can fly to Paris and have a picture taken with it. That is the best I have been able to get offered so far  Mind, I am not sure if I am enough of a collector to do that, but if he sets it up that he takes me on a tour of his work, I will really think hard about it.
