2 questions: WotC Poker Deck Cards

I just opened one box and the red deck consists of 57 cards, 52 playing cards, 2 jokers, the T-Shirts advertisement card and an additional Ace of Hearts.
Is this standard?
The right site of the box states:
"Distribution exclusive en France:" followed by the France WotC Address.
Are there other boxes existing for other countries?

Hi Ralf.
The Red Deck is 57 but you mentioned 56 Cards 
A normal Red deck is 55 Cards:52 Cards+2 Jokers+1 Advertisement Card,same thing for the Blue deck.
All togethers it's 110 Cards.
The Extra Ace of Hearts is not normal,but did you get the
Statues Advertisement Card?The boxes are all the same

you are right, i cann't count  
Red Deck: 56 Cards (T-Shirt Ad.,1 extra Ace of Hearts)
Blue Deck: 55 Cards (Statue Ad.)
