Use of PSA as a description

Here's an interesting auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=19114&ite m=5182823704&rd=1
Especially the 'THEY ARE CARDS EXTRA-NEW, EXTRA-MINT, GEM MINT, PSA 10' part. I'll assume that the seller simply doesn't know that, at least in theory, PSA MEANS something, it doesn't mean 'very mint'.
On to the point of this question. Do the PSA people have some sort of copyright on the term, and, personal feelings about some of the past errors aside, would they frown on this kind of use of the term? No I don't plan to 'rat' on the guy, but it did leave me wondering.
I also don't like it when someone scans cards with other cards in the same sleeve behind them. (check out the underground sea or volcanic island..and I assume others). He might be doing it to highlight how good the edges are, but it still looks fishy. (wait, other option, he has another card from the same set facing the other direction in the sleeve...just thought of that possibility)

Well....
I have many, many, many FBB Italian cards and I usually trade them nowadays (I don't like selling) for:
Duals W/Blue - 55/65
Duals without Blue 25/35 (maybe up to 40 on Taiga)
Bops - 35/40
WoGs - 25/30
Fork - 20/25
WoF - 20/25
Demonic Tutor - 20/25
Balance 12/15
Fastbond - 10
Hippies - 9/12
Mind Twist - 20
Shivan Dragon - 15/20
Mana Vault - 12/15
Sol Ring - 20/25
Dark Ritual - 2/3
Lightning Bolt - 2/3
Llanowar Elves - 2/3
...
I mean, there is some cool stuff in there

I don't like him using the term "PSA 10" for non PSA graded cards any more than I like him calling an Italian Revised set "Beta". Both are misrepresenting the product for sale. But I don't think PSA has any authority to stop people for using the term PSA any way they want. I see people use PSA all the time for cards graded by other non-PSA companies like GEM. I've never seen an auction shut down for it.

Oh heck no! BB Revised Sol Rings often go for $25, etc. Actually, the prices listed above are stunningly accurate to the current market.
Poor man's Beta, really.
Now WHITE bordered stuff is worth less, but not the BB.

A lot of salesmen on Ebay use the terms "foreign beta" (instead of Revised) or "PSA" in the description of the object that they sell. This is uniquely to increase the visibility of the object by the potential customers.

According to Ebay's rules, you really can't have the PSA in the title unless you're selling a PSA graded card. Keyword spamming is a BIG problem on Ebay. Someone would have to report the auction (possibly many times) in order for it to get shut down. Generally Ebay will take a long time to shut down an auction unless it's some thing that will affect their profits (fee avoidance) or a trademark/copyright issue. Keyword spamming (using words that don't actually pertain to the auction) isn't high on their list for taking action. But if you report an auction enough times, it might get pulled.
