Exactly right, AXIOS. This is one of several images done by a company called Scimitar Entertainment (or similar name). They were based here in Minnesota and made these Chroma Cells (in addition to DVDs and other items). They are now out of business. I was able to track down their legal counsel and have a brief chat. He didn't have much to say.

i have a black lotus and the avenging angel chroma cels and i far as i can tell the are the only two magic ones they made. i spent quite a while searching ebay for mtg cel these two were the only ones i found. they were fairly common, usually getting four or five hits per search, although when i just searched i didn't find any. mine were purchased for under five dollars each plus shipping although i saw many go for between ten and twenty. i think they are very nice looking. they are limited to 5000.
